Order Cancellation Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Yenorival (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are committed to providing you with high-quality garden furniture and an efficient online shopping experience. To ensure clarity regarding order cancellations, we have established the following policy.

Order Cancellation Conditions

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation terms are based on the processing status of your order:

  • Orders Unshipped (Within 48 Hours): If you wish to cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase and the item has not yet been shipped, you may request a full cancellation. We will process this immediately without any penalties.
  • Orders Shipped or Exceeding 48 Hours: Once an order has been placed for more than 48 hours or has already been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to intercept the package or cancel the order directly. In this case, please wait for the garden furniture to be delivered to your address. Upon receipt, you may contact us to initiate a return process. Order Cancellation Process

If your order meets the cancellation criteria mentioned above, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team immediately via email at hello@yenorival.com or call us at +1 (978) 994-3486.
  • Provide Information: In your communication, please provide your Order Number and valid Proof of Payment so we can locate your record quickly.
  • Confirmation: Our team will review your request immediately. Once approved, we will notify you of the result via email and initiate the refund process.

Refund Instructions

  • Method: Upon confirmation of a successful cancellation (or subsequent return acceptance), the refund will be automatically credited back to the original bank card (Visa or MasterCard) used for the purchase.
  • Timeframe: Depending on the processing efficiency of your card-issuing bank, we estimate that the funds will appear in your account within 1-5 business days.
  • Overdue Refunds: If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in tracking the transaction.

Order Cancellation by Us

In certain specific situations, we reserve the right to cancel an order on your behalf. These situations include, but are not limited to:

  • Inventory Issues: If the garden furniture you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock or discontinued.
  • Pricing or System Errors: In the rare event of a technical error resulting in incorrect pricing or product information.
  • Payment Security: If the payment information provided cannot be verified or fails security checks.
  • If we must cancel your order, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund immediately.

Address Accuracy and Order Modification

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

  • If you need to modify the shipping address or contact details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications if the order has entered the dispatch process, even if it is within the 48-hour window.
