We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. Shipping Policy
Delivery Scope: We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not support delivery to other countries.
Shipping Costs:
- Orders of AUD 70 or more: Free shipping.
- Orders under AUD 70: A flat shipping fee of AUD 7.99 applies.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Transit Time: Shipping usually takes between 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping Methods: Our primary logistics partners include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.

6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Conditions:
- Orders can be cancelled directly within 48 hours of placing the order if the order has not yet been shipped.
- Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the package, and then contact us to initiate a return for a refund.
Refunds: Refunds will be returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Arrival Time: Once the refund conditions are met, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment. Regarding arrival time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different bank card institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days. Exchange Scenarios/Conditions: We offer a 30-day exchange period. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them to be eligible for an exchange.

Return Process: Upon receiving your request, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
