Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
At Yenorival (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), we are committed to providing high-quality garden furniture and an excellent online shopping experience. We have established the following policy to ensure transparency and fairness in all transactions.
Return and Exchange Validity Period
You have the right to request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you sign for the receipt of the goods. Requests made after this 30-day period will not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
- Appearance Issues: The product has visible scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage upon arrival.
- Quality Issues: The product has structural failures or functional defects.
- Sensory Issues: The product emits a strong, pungent odor or has severe color discrepancies compared to the website description.
- Incorrect Item: The goods received do not match the item ordered ("Wrong Item Sent").
- No Reason Return: You have changed your mind and wish to return the item without a specific defect (Subject to fee rules below).
Return Process
- Initiate Request: Contact us via email at hello@yenorival.com or call +1 (978) 994-3486 to apply for a return. You must provide your Order Number, Proof of Payment, Reason for Return, and relevant Videos or Photos showing the issue.
- Review and Approval: Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will notify you via your contact method and provide the specific return address.
- Shipment: You are required to mail the product back to our designated return address and wait for us to receive it.
- Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the product to verify if it matches the reported condition. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange your refund immediately. Please refer to the "Refund Process" section for more details.
Exchange Process
- Initiate Request: Contact us via email at hello@yenorival.com or call +1 (978) 994-3486 to apply for an exchange. You must provide your Order Number, Proof of Payment, Reason for Exchange, and relevant Videos or Photos.
- Review and Approval: Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will notify you and provide the return address.
- Shipment: You need to mail the product back to our designated return address.
- Inspection and Redispatch: Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the product. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange for the new product to be prepared within 1-3 business days. Refund Process
- Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment.
- Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive in your account within 1-5 business days. If it is overdue, please contact us for assistance.
Fee Rules
- Our Responsibility: For returns or exchanges caused by appearance issues, quality issues, odors/severe color difference, or incorrect items, we will bear the shipping costs.
- Your Responsibility: For "No Reason" returns (change of mind), the return shipping costs shall be borne by you.
Return Label
A return label is included inside every package to facilitate your return process. Please keep this label until you are satisfied with the product.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Garden furniture must be disassembled (if applicable) and placed back in the original box with all accessories and manuals. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been damaged due to improper use or assembly by you.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge before the product is shipped. If the product has already been shipped, you must follow the "No Reason Return" process outlined above, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for personal items accidentally left in returned packages. We are also not liable for damages to the product resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or modifications made by you.
