We serve customers across the entire territory of Australia. Please note that at this time, we do not support shipping to any countries other than Australia.

Free Shipping: For orders totaling AUD 70 or more, we provide free standard shipping.

Standard Shipping Fee: For orders totaling less than AUD 70, a flat shipping fee of AUD 7.99 will be charged.
Taxes
Transparency is key to our service. All taxes and related fees are included in the product price displayed on our website. You will not be required to pay any additional tax fees upon delivery or checkout.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order processing is based on our business hours (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT 9:00 - 18:00).

Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day.

After your order has been dispatched from our facility, the delivery time to your destination depends on your location.

Delivery Failure and Reshipping
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you or failure to claim the package after multiple delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the item.
